A tadelakt-walled villa in the Palmeraie, the palm grove on the northern edge of Marrakech, with a 15-metre heated pool, a garden of olives and bougainvillea, and the Atlas on the horizon from the roof. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace, a double-height living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen run by a chef if you want her. Breakfast and daily housekeeping are included; lunches and dinners by the pool are arranged the day before. The medina is twenty minutes by car (we have a driver) and feels very far away by nightfall, when the only sound is the frogs in the irrigation channel. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, room for 10. Bedroom 1: 1 king bed; bedroom 2: 1 double bed; bedroom 3: 1 double bed; bedroom 4: 1 double bed; bedroom 5: 1 double bed, 1 single bed. There is a proper desk, air conditioning in every room and a fireplace, and fast wifi throughout. Mornings and evenings are the time to be outside here; the middle of the day is for the shade. Check-in is from 3 pm with our staff, who are at the house every day; checkout is by 11 am. There is off-street parking for your car. No pets, please. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am, as the neighbours live here all year. We ask for a minimum of 3 nights.
