A three-bedroom villa in the rice fields of Berawa, with a 12-metre pool, a shaded living pavilion, a kitchen with a long concrete table, and bedrooms that open straight onto the garden. Built from teak and volcanic stone, cooled by fans and sea breezes with air conditioning for the nights. Berawa's cafés are a five-minute scooter ride, the beach the same. Batu Bolong's beginner waves and Echo Beach's sunset bars are both close. Breakfast is included; housekeeping comes daily; the gate is kept. Inside: 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 (bedroom 1: 1 queen bed; bedroom 2: 1 double bed; bedroom 3: 1 double bed) and 3 bathrooms. There is a washing machine, a proper desk and air conditioning in every room, and fast wifi throughout. It stays cool inside even in the hottest months. Check-in is from 2 pm with our staff, who are at the house every day; checkout is by 11 am. Parking is free at the house. No pets, please. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am, as the neighbours live here all year.
