A villa of concrete, teak and glass on the hill above Playa Hermosa, open on the ocean side to a terrace and a pool that look down through the trees to the Pacific. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and outdoor showers, a kitchen under a high roof, and a yoga deck in the canopy. Howler monkeys wake you around five; the surf is a ten-minute walk down the hill; sunset is from the pool every single evening. Santa Teresa's smoothie bars, surf schools and restaurants are five minutes by car or ATV. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, room for 6. Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed; bedroom 2: 1 double bed; bedroom 3: 1 double bed. There is a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a proper desk and air conditioning in every room, and fast wifi throughout. Mornings and evenings are the time to be outside here; the middle of the day is for the shade. Check-in is from 3 pm with our staff, who are at the house every day; checkout is by 10 am. Parking is free at the house. No pets, please. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am, as the neighbours live here all year. We ask for a minimum of 3 nights.
