A chalet of old larch and local stone at the foot of the Flégère lift, with Mont Blanc filling every south-facing window. Five bedrooms over three floors, a living room around a stone fireplace, a boot room with heated racks, a sauna, and a hot tub on the terrace for the view at dusk. In winter the Flégère lift is a three-minute walk and the free bus to the other areas stops at the end of the lane. In summer the trails to Lac Blanc start from the garden gate. The kitchen seats twelve; the raclette set is in the cupboard. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, room for 10. Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed; bedroom 2: 1 double bed; bedroom 3: 1 double bed; bedroom 4: 1 queen bed, 1 single bed; bedroom 5: 1 bunk bed. There is a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a fireplace and an EV charger, and fast wifi throughout. In winter the house is warm the moment you walk in. Check-in is from 4 pm with me or someone from the family; checkout is by 10 am. There is off-street parking for your car. No pets, please. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am, as the neighbours live here all year. We ask for a minimum of 4 nights.
