The fourth floor of a 1900s factory on the Landwehrkanal, one open room with five-metre windows onto the water, a concrete floor, a kitchen along one wall and a bed behind a curtain of plants. The lift is the original goods lift, with a wooden gate. Kreuzberg's Turkish market is on the canal two days a week; the bars of Graefekiez and the park at Görlitzer are five minutes in either direction. Two bikes in the hall, because that is how Berlin works. The loft sleeps 3 across 1 bedroom (bedroom 1: 1 queen bed; living room: 1 sofa bed), with 1 bathroom. There is a washing machine, a proper desk and a lift, and fast wifi throughout. In winter the house is warm the moment you walk in. Check-in is from 3 pm with a keypad on the door; checkout is by 11 am. There is no parking at the door; we don't recommend bringing a car. No pets, please. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am, as the neighbours live here all year.
