Late Checkout Policy: • Standard checkout time: 10:00 am • Late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • Fees for late checkout: - Up to 1 hour: Complimentary (if available) - 1–2 hours: $25 - 2–4 hours: 50% of the nightly rate - More than 4 hours: Full additional night’s rate - Failure to vacate by the agreed time without prior approval may result in additional charges. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - Any fines, penalties, citations, or fees assessed against the property owner as a result of guest violations of occupancy, parking, noise, or other VHR regulations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in eviction without refund.
