The space Bed arrangement: (See pictures for detail.) - Master bedroom with 1 King bed, - bedroom #2 with 1 Queen beds, - bedroom #3 with 2 bunker beds, - bedroom #4 with 1 Queen bed - Bonus room/office with 2 Queen bed. - BBQ grill connected to in-house propane line. - Plenty of sitting and dining space and tables for you to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. Spa and pool: - Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. - Pool may be heated on request with a fee $200 per night of your stay. Ask our management team in advance for detail. Parking： No parking in the garage ( for the pool table) Max parking is 12 vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property except the RV garage and 2 closets for cleaning supplies. Other things to note - The fireplace is not operational - Pet fee Include pets in your reservation and the pet fee will apply. NO CATS!!! - Security Cameras Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level). If you are looking to have a big party, this is NOT the home to rent. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings: - Quiet hour: Between 9:30 pm and 8 am. - No amplified music outdoors. - No excessive shouting/yelling - No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust - No loud music coming from vehicles NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS: - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927). - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine. (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927) and could lead to immediate eviction. - Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. - You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
