It's just a quick stroll to Duke Kahanamoku Beach, Hilton Lagoon and Ala Moana Beach Park consistently rated as one of the Top 10 Beaches in America by Dr. Beach. 🅿️ PARKING GARAGE (6’7 Height Clearance) Garage attached to building is $35 dollars per day with daily or 5 day passes. There also is paid street parking that is paid through a third party app. 🚪 PARTY SQUASHER We have a device installed that measures the occupancy of our apartment in real time by sensing the presence of mobile phones in the unit. It does not record video or audio. 🧺 LAUNDRY FACILITY Paid washers and dryers are located on the 8th floor. Washers and dryers, including detergent vending machines, accept credit card payments only. 🚫 PARTY / GROUPS / EVENTS Not set up for gatherings/ events/ parties of any kind. Very important that “ALL” guests staying must be included in the reservation ⚠️ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES Guests are expected to stay responsive through Airbnb messaging and reply to the host's questions when needed. No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises. The building enforces a $500 fine for smoking/vaping, even on the terrace, and any fines will be charged to the guest. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, please confirm via message. On check-out day, vacate the unit by 10:00 AM and send a message to confirm you’ve checked out. ⚠️ DISCLAIMERS ✖️ There is no pool or recreation deck at this building 🛎️ Privately owned suites do not have access to front desk services or daily cleanings. (Message me in advance if you want additional services) 🏄 Sorry the building does not provide surfboard storage and does not allow surfboards into the elevators. Bodyboards bikes and skateboards are allowed. ❌ NO MAIL SERVICE: No mail or Amazon delivery. This is a full-time vacation rental and you won't receive your mail and packages. (Please send Amazon packages to a delivery hub) Uber Eats and grocery delivery are allowed ✔ Curtains in the living room are not black out. Some light does shine in as the curtains do not close completely ✔ The building is on and off construction from 9am to 4pm. If you expect to be in the unit often during the day and are sensitive to noise, it may be worth considering another accommodation to ensure a comfortable stay. 🚕 HOW TO GET HERE: From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 10-20 minutes’ ride.
