Quiet & Clean Garden Level Flat with Kitchenette

It's single occupancy (1 extra person w PRIOR approval +$25 & ID) entire basement apartment: private bedroom & 3/4 bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), private living room, kitchenette w W/D. Listed as a flat bc it's a separate area. Entrance is shared through garage & sunroom. I do not use your area at all. Extensions: 2 days notice; weekly discount only applies up to 2 extra days. Quick access to downtown (15 min); Red Rocks & Morrison (20), hiking in the foothills ; Golden Gate Canyon (45). The space Newly remodeled bedroom & kitchenette areas with large living room area. The siamese cats might visit you. Please keep the bedroom door closed at all times to keep them out. For more privacy, close the curtain at the bottom of the stairs. If you need anything, please message me. Extra blankets, sheets, & pillows are in the dresser & wardrobe. Temperature garden level flat: Thermostat is upstairs, please message if you would like me to adjust it. There is a small space heater; please switch off & unplug when not in use. There is also a humidifier. Summer: there is no AC, but stays cool in summer. There is a fan for your use. Guest access Entry is shared through garage (security camera in garage) & sun room to the downstairs area (no separate entry at this time). You have the entire downstairs area--the bedroom & bathroom are private for you. The living room is also yours (I have to go through there to do laundry). The kitchenette contains the washer and dryer (shared laundry). The kitchenette is all yours with a large air fryer/toaster oven, induction cooktop, fridge w/ freezer, microwave, large sink, coffee maker electric kettle, & ice maker. Other things to note Entry is through the garage. You will use a keypad. Please ensure the garage door is fully closed before leaving. Stairs: you will go downstairs. The upper-level is private & where I live, please do not enter. Wifi password is on the green folder. Check-out: there is no cleaning fee, so guests are asked to put towels into washer, strip bed & duvet cover & place on floor in the kitchenette; please empty trash & recycling--especiallyfor longer stays. In general, please be clean & tidy. Remove all food items from fridge. Take trash & recycling outside to bins. Please lock the door handle, & then press the close button on the keypad outside the garage door. Late check out 15-20 minutes late, no worries! Otherwise charges of $35 per hour may be incurred.
