There is also a large back patio with glass patio table and chairs off the kitchen outside places with seating. Head to the finished basement to enjoy a game of shuffleboard or enjoy a movie on the futon. There are 5 smart tvs located throughout the property with Netflix provided. There is a spare self-inflating air mattresses (queen sized) in the laundry room for extra guests! Traveling with your family? This property is equipped with a pack n play, one high chair, toys, children’s books and more! You’ll also find card and board games located in the kitchen pantry closet. On the second floor of the home, you'll find two spacious bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, and large laundry room with ample storage. Both bedrooms come equipped with a memory foam queen mattress and smart tv with Netflix provided. The front bedroom offers a full remote working station perfect for anyone working remotely during there stay. The station offers a 20-inch monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Quickly plug your windows computer into the docking station and get to work! Looking for some privacy during your stay? On the top floor of the home, you will step into an entire master suite, designed for comfort with the plush king size bed. This master suite features a lux en suite master bath with dual vanity, and double showers. This master bathroom offers both a waterfall shower and a standing shower + soaking tub. Last but certainly not least, make your way up to our spacious roof deck. Perfect for getting a breath of fresh air, while enjoying the skyline views. This spot has furniture made to relax and the space to entertain all guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 4 story home during their stay. Other things to note Parking- this house is located in the Philadelphia neighborhood of Point Breeze. We love this neighborhood for its larger homes and walkability to all parts of the city. It's also a great location for biking or taking advantage of our subway system (10ish minute walk to the Broad Street line). There is free street parking on our street and available on several of the numbered streets surrounding the home. Street parking is not a guarantee as there are no reserved spaces. As former residents of the neighborhood, I recommend arriving during the day as street parking is much more available, the later you arrive the harder it will be to find. There is a 24 hour garage (15th and Washington, Lincoln Square) and I highly recommend taking advantage of this at night if you do not want to search for a spot. Don't feel like walking home from the garage? Take an Uber. If you don't want to pay for parking each day of your stay, simply remove the car the next day and park on the street during the day when it's more available. Registration Details 918547
