Afterward, slip into the private 6-person hot tub tucked behind the garage and relax under the stars with the majestic Superstition Mountains towering nearby. Inside, this beautifully styled single-level Southwest retreat offers warm desert charm and comfortable spaces for families and groups. The home features 2 private bedrooms, a spacious semi-private bonus sleeping area, 2 full bathrooms, and open-concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces designed for gathering and relaxing together. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and private en suite bathroom complete with a soaking garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, dedicated workspace, closet, and easy access to the hall bathroom. The third sleeping area is perfect for kids or larger groups and includes double-over-double bunk beds with a twin trundle, sofa bed, closet, and ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes dual ovens, electric stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee station—everything needed for meals, snacks, and entertaining. The oversized dining table seats six comfortably with additional bar seating nearby. Relax in the cozy living room featuring an oversized sofa, Smart TV, Southwest décor, and expansive windows framing the surrounding desert landscape. Please note the wood-burning stove is decorative only and not available for guest use. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer with a starter supply of laundry detergent provided. Whether you’re boating at Canyon Lake, hiking nearby trails, golfing, soaking in the hot tub, or simply taking in the incredible mountain views, Superstition Sanctuary offers the perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and Arizona adventure. Guest access Guests have access to the house, patio, putting green, hot tub (seasonally) and yard. Guests are not permitted on the observation deck or the spiral staircase for any reason. Guests are able to park in the driveway in front of the garage, or anywhere in the driveway that has brown rock. Please do not park on the putting green or in the surrounding desert. We are able to accommodate large vehicles, trailers, boats and such as we have a large driveway. Please note that guests do not have access to the detached garage. Thank you. Other things to note Please note that our home is located in the Sonoran Desert where other native animals and birds also call it home. We do have deer, coyote, quail, desert reptiles, hawks, turkey vultures and many more desert dwellers. Watching them from a distance is always recommended. The property is treated for pests monthly but you still may see the occasional creepy crawler. For reservations longer than 27 nights, the guests will be required to sign a rental contract and pay $1500 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout contention upon no damage and that the guests leave on their scheduled reservation and date. Additional rules: NO PARTIES, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, COMMERCIALS, STREAMING EVENTS, PHOTOGRAPHY SHOOTS, CAMPING, COMMERCIAL FILMING, COMMERCIAL EVENTS, ECT. NO COMMERCIAL USE: This rule is designed to ensure that the property is used solely for residential purposes and not for any commercial activities, including but not limited to filming commercials, movies, advertisements, or promotional content. The primary intent of this rule is to maintain the residential character of the property and to prevent disruption to neighbors and other guests. Guests who wish to use the property for commercial activities must obtain explicit permission from the property owner or host before doing so. Requests for commercial use will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval may be granted at the discretion of the property owner or host. If you are unsure about your stay, then please send a booking inquiry with details prior to instant booking. If guests book an event listed above, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the booking and charge 2 times the total booking amount to the booking guest. No parties or large gatherings on the property or in the house. House has a maximum occupancy of 6 overnight guests. Visiting guest need the hosts prior approval. Check in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, this is not guaranteed especially during peak season. No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property, no illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $500 fee if any guests smoke inside the house. Guests agree to leave the property in the same general condition it was received. Guests will report any damage to the host before check-out, additional charges will apply for any damages that occur. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood. Guests are not permitted on the observation deck or the spiral staircase for any reason. Guest who break the rules will be subject to additional fees, or immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The primary guest must be present. No sub-letting allowed. We prefer the primary guest to be over the age of 25 No dogs or other pets are permitted in or on the property. No fires are permitted anywhere on the property. There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee. When using the putting green, please use the foam balls for chipping. Please clean up the putting green when done using and return the golf clubs and golf balls to the outdoor restroom/storage area. The wood burning stove inside the house located in the living room is decorative only. Guests are not permitted to burn a fire inside the house. Hot Tub Rules and Regulations: The hot tub temp should be set between 101 degrees and 103 degrees F. • Please keep noise levels to a minimum as we have neighbors surrounding. • Please check the temperature of the water in the hot tub before use. Maximum safe water temperature should be established by a medical practitioner, not to exceed 103 degrees Fahrenheit. • Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the hot tub unsupervised. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of the hot tub. • Do not add anything to the water including foaming bubbles, chemicals, soaps, bath oils, etc. If these items are used in the hot tubs, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. If the hot tube needs to be drained and refilled a $350 fee and additional fee from spa tech will be assessed. • Persons with skin, ear, or other body infections should not enter the hot tub because of the possibility of spreading the infection. • Alcoholic beverages or drugs should not be consumed while using the hot tub. BE AWARE that the use of alcoholic beverages or drugs before or during hot tub use may lead to unconsciousness with the possibility of drowning, heart attack, or injury due to passing out or falling. • Absolutely no candles are allowed on or in the hot tub. • Absolutely no shoes are to be worn in the hot tub. • Water is an excellent conductor of electricity. Electrical shock or electrocution can occur in a hot tub if live electrical current (including current from a telephone) comes into contact with the water. Stay out during lightning or rain storms because of the possibility of electrocution. • Surrounding areas may be slippery and dangerous when wet. • Persons who have high blood pressure, skin sensitivities, or who might be pregnant are strongly urged not to use a hot tub. If in doubt, please consult with a physician prior to using the hot tub. • Observe reasonable time limits to avoid nausea, dizziness and fainting. Should you experience any of these symptoms, carefully exit the hot tub immediately. We recommend no more than a 20 to 30 minutes session in the spa. • Guests agree to leave the hot tub in the same condition it was received. • Guests agree to fully reimburse and indemnify Lessor for damage caused to the hot tub during lease term, including damage caused by any person, including invited or uninvited guests, pets, animals, and children. • Guests understand there will be no reduction in rental fees if the hot tub is unused or unavailable during the term of guests rental period. • Please do not turn off or unplug the hot tub. • It is recommended that no jewelry is worn in the hot tub due to chemicals used.
