Stunning and spacious 5 bedroom villa near Disney

Bring the whole family to stay in this stunning and spacious 5 bedroom villa, centrally located for everything Orlando has to offer!! This beautiful house was only built in 2019 and has been thoughtfully designed with modern touches and open plan spaces throughout the home. The house benefits from 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is beautifully furnished with high quality furniture throughout. Outside there is a fabulous pool area, which really has the wow factor, and is perfect for relaxing. The space The house is on two floors, and briefly comprises of: open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, games room, 5 bedrooms, upstairs den area, and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor is a very modern open plan design. The entrance area flows into the main sitting area which has a large Smart TV and comfortable sofas, which also leads directly onto the outside pool deck, which has a large designer pool and spa, covered lanai with a large table and chairs. The pool area is very impressive, the pool itself is large and very well designed, and the deck allows all the space you need and more for the family to spend some time relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The living area also leads into a fabulous large kitchen area with an oversized island which also serves as a breakfast bar area and informal dining. The large kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for your vacation and includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, full oven and microwave, and also benefits from granite worktops. There is also a dining area with a large table for any larger family meals you have planned. Just off the kitchen there is also a large pantry, and the garage has been converted into a games room which includes a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table. On the ground floor there is also a handy wc, and the first of five bedrooms, this one is a Queen, which has its own ensuite including a bath shower combination. Upstairs there is a den with a comfortable sofa, large smart TV and a dedicated workspace with a PC and a desk. The family bathroom is also located on this floor, along with 4 further bedrooms (all with Smart TV's), and the laundry room which has lots of storage, a large washer and dryer, and a seperate laundry sink. The spacious Master bedroom benefits from a King size bed, and a fabulous en suite with consists of a very spacious walk in closet, his and her sinks, and an oversized shower unit. There is a Full sized room on this floor, and two further twin rooms, which both have bunk beds: one being a Pyramid bunk (single over a Queen). Guest access All the house is yours to enjoy Other things to note We like to be 100% transparent with our guests, so you know what you are booking. Please read the below information prior to booking so you know if this home is a good fit for you. By placing a booking in this home, you are confirming that you agree to the house rules, and that you are aware of all the information stated below. You will be asked to confirm this on your booking confirmation message. PARKING: Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway. The community also allows on street parking. Please be aware that there are parking rules on the community which you must follow. BBQ: Please be aware that BBQ is listed as an amenity. These are not kept on the property and are available for hire at an additional cost which includes delivery, propane, and collection. Please let us know 48 hours prior to your arrival at the latest if you would like to arrange a BBQ. THIS PROPERTY IS SELF CATERING: Upon arrival, there will be 2 x rolls of TP in each bathroom, a trash bag in each kitchen trash can, 2 x additional trash bags, 2 x laundry pods, 2 x dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and paper towels in the kitchen. These are provided to help you keep and leave the home in good condition. There will also be a hand soap in each bathroom provided for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs. POOL HEAT: * Pool heat - this can be added, and the cost is $40 per night. The pool can take upto 24 hours to heat up, and there is a 4 day minimum required for pool heat. Please let us know 48 hours prior to your arrival at the latest if you would like it switched on. *POOL HEAT DISCLAIMER* The majority of the pool heaters in Central Florida are electric heaters, and warm the water by taking heat from the air temperature. In the cooler months, the water may not heat to your expectations if air temperatures are low. We are not able to influence air temperature in any way, and as such we can't guarantee that the pools will reach their target temperatures in the cooler months. Please bear this in mind when making your decision to add pool heat. No refunds will be given for pools that are "not hot enough" during the cooler months. The electric pool heaters are still running for 12 hours a day to heat the pool, even by a few degrees. SPA vs HOT TUB - PLEASE READ! Please be aware that this home has a spa. This is not a standalone, independently heated hot tub. The spa is connected to the pool, and shares a heating source with the main pool. The spa will only be heated if you request and pay for pool heat. If you elect to pay for pool heat, please be aware that the main pool will heat as the default setting. The spa will only start to heat once it is switched on at the wall. At this point, the heat will divert from the main pool, to the spa to heat it. When the spa switches off, the heat diverts back to the main pool. Please note that the spa WILL NOT be constantly heated to 104f as a hot tub would be. It will only heat once switched on. STANDARD MAINTENANCE This home is professionally managed. As part of this there is a pool cleaning service, and also routine landscaping that needs to take place. These are both completed weekly, by our licenced and insured contractors. Please be aware that these may be undertaken during your stay. The community HOA may also carry out landscaping duties. TRASH This home is in a residential community which has weekly county trash collections. It is your responsibility to roll the trash cans to the curb so they are emptied during your stay. This reduces potential issues with wild animals accessing the trash, and also ensures that each guest can continue to use the trash cans in an ongoing manner. The local HOA can levy fines for trash cans that are not emptied and are causing hygiene/ wildlife issues on the community. If you are not comfortable doing this, please do not book this home. LEAVING THE HOME Please leave the home (including the laundry and kitchen area) in a respectable condition. We do not require you to do any cleaning before you leave, but please treat the home with respect. We provide 2 x laundry tabs, 2 x dishwasher tabs, and 2 x trash bags in the home to help you leave it in good condition. Please place any used plates, cups, silverware etc in the dishwasher. Please gather used towels and place these in the washing machine. If you are able to, please start both machines as you leave the home. Please bag all trash and place it into the outdoor trash cans as you leave the home. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not book this home. This home currently has ongoing construction taking place, to install a new road and building on an adjacent plot of land that is behind the home. The home itself still has a large back yard behind the pool area with fencing and landscaping in place, but please be aware this will be ongoing into mid 2027, and there can be construction noise from this work.
