The Leafy Sea Dragon is great for Large Families, Families traveling together, Friends with Kids, Digital Nomads, or Business Travelers. We love plants, so the space is filled with many different types of live foliage, hence the “leafy” Sea Dragon. This home is 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to almost everything you would want to do on Tybee Island. There is an office space in the 2nd bedroom, a kid room with four bunk beds, and great out door spaces. Other things to note When staying at our beach house you MUST adhere to Tybee's Good Neighbor Policy. Our hosting philosophy is simple; treat our guests the way we would want to be treated. So you can relax knowing we have prepared a clean, comfortable space for your stay and that we want to make sure you have an excellent guest experience! We always try to honor early check in and late check out requests when we can accommodate but there is an hourly $25 (off season) and $50 (peak season) fee with those accommodations.
