Our studio is just 30 steps away from the famous Parque Kennedy. This is, hands down, the best location in Miraflores and Lima. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a clean & safe space with an unbeatable location! We are in the heart of Miraflores. This means we are steps away from all the fun stuff: restaurants, beaches, sports, surfing, night life, and shopping centers. Our studio has been specially designed for travelers, so it has everything you need for your comfort. The space OUR STUDIO Recently renovated small studio. Fully equipped and independent. Nice, private setting, away from the street. Size is approx. 46 square meters (500 sqft). Our studio is on the 1st floor of a 4-story building. KITCHENETTE Compact but fully equipped kitchenette, with microwave and mini refrigerator. Kitchenette has no stove. QUEEN-SIZED BED New, high-quality, super-comfortable, queen-sized bed with two nightstands and bedside reading lamp. High-quality all-cotton bed linens include a down comforter, 4 standard pillows. FULL BATH Small but fully outfitted bath, with shower enclosure, hot water, sink, toilet and medicine cabinet. "Hotel Collection" towels and bath rug. AMENITIES Smart TV 50" with streaming services like Netflix, Prime. High speed internet 100 Mbps. TV does not have Cable/Satellite TV. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. COMFORT The studio does not have A/C. However, fans are provided. The building is usually quiet, however, there is potential for noise because of the location in the most vibrant part of Miraflores. The curtains are not 100% blackout. BUILDING Studio is on the 1st floor of a 4-story family building. Studio faces a private patio which provides fresh air and sunlight. Windows do not face the street. Two keys are provided, one for the main building and another for the studio. PARKING There is no street parking outside the building. However paid parking could be found easily nearby. VISITORS No local guests without prior approval. RULES No smoking of any kind, including vaping. No pets allowed. No parties. All guests must provide official IDs before check-in. (cell phone pic) Building quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guest access You'll have access to the entire studio. Other things to note CHECK-IN Our co-host will hand you the keys to access the building and the studio. We will contact you to arrange the check-in. Check-in between 10 p.m and 6 a.m. has an additional cost of 10 USD. LONG STAYS For stays longer than 2 weeks, additional cleanings are required every 10 days. LIMITATIONS The studio does not have windows facing the street. It has windows and doors that opens into a patio which provides fresh air and sunlight. Bathroom does not have windows but have an air exhaust to prevent humidity. NOISE There is potential for noise since the apartment is inside a family building. In addition, because of being located in the most vibrant area of Miraflores, it is possible to have noise coming from restaurants, bars, Kennedy park. BOOKING TERMS Occupancy limit is set by the booking but must not exceed 2 people. No bookings on behalf of someone else. Booker must be present during the stay.
