Private Retreat near COTA & ABIA- home w/pool.

Private bedroom & bath. 10 miles to downtown 4 miles to airport. 5 miles to COTA and minutes to Concourse Project. Large barn door for privacy that closes off bed & bath to rest of the house. Room is at the front of the house on cul de sac street. Access to kitchen & living area & laundry. We want you to have comforts of home. NO SMOKERS PLZ. Pool available- there is not a heater, so use at your own discretion. It is quite cold Nov-Feb. No lifeguard on duty and must sign waiver. The space Bedroom has Queen bed, 32 inch smart TV with limited apps, work desk and private full bath. no cable Guest access Use of house, including washer & dryer and kitchen. During your stay We travel for a living and are usually on the road.. We'll be happy to give tips about the city and have light convo. We will try to stay out of the way, so no need to entertain us, unless you wanna- we are very friendly.. Since we practically live in hotels part time- we respect space, so feel free to make yourself at home! Other things to note We welcome your stay.
