Inside the home The house has a bright, modern design with comfortable spaces throughout for both relaxing and spending time together. We have tried to make it feel like a real home away from home, with comfortable beds and linens, plenty of seating, a stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, fast WiFi and room for everyone to settle in. When you are ready for some fun, there is plenty to choose from. There is plenty to do when you want to play and plenty of room to relax when you do not. 120-inch projector movie room Movie nights are a little different here. Stretch out on the oversized sectional and enjoy movies, sports or your favorite shows on the giant 120-inch projector screen. We will provide a custom door code to you a few days before your stay for access that only works during your scheduled trip. Why so early? We know this provides peace of mind for those of you who are planners! Other things to note Pets - We love our furry friends! Pets are welcomed but it is a $100 per pet / per trip with 2 pets max. We ask that all furry friends keep shed at a minimum by remaining off furniture. If they do have a temptation to chew or claw please leave them home with a friend you are responsible for any damages. Parties/Noise - We want you to have a great and safe stay with us, while also maintaining good relationships with our neighbors. To help with this, we have installed Minut Noise Monitoring inside and outside the house to monitor noise levels and ensure that the neighborhood remains family-friendly. Please note that these devices do not have the capability of recording conversations, and are simply in place to help us uphold the platform’s policy of not allowing parties or large gatherings. Security Cameras - We want you to have a safe and enjoyable stay with us, which is why we have installed cameras facing only the driveway, side gate, and front door. These cameras are solely for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of our property. This are not monitored but simply to help keep the property safe. We hope this helps to give you peace of mind during your stay with us. It is an incredibly quiet and safe neighborhood (and area) Wifi - To ensure that you have fast and reliable internet access throughout your stay, we have installed a wifi mesh network throughout the house. This means you'll be able to connect to the internet and stream your favorite shows and movies no matter where you are in the house. In addition to providing fast internet, our house is also equipped with smart home technology, including light switches, A/C, locks, and a fire alarm alert system. While these features are sure to make your stay more convenient and comfortable, we do ask that you refrain from tampering with them for the safety and security of our property.
