Large Private Lake House with Pool!

Peaceful home in a quiet residential neighborhood as vacation home for you since 2017. We cannot accept same day check in bookings. We are not a short term rental neighborhood. We do live next door and will interviene as necessary to protect the peace and safety of our neighbors. No Parties or large gatherings! Our neighbors are friendly and active. We watch out for each other and you. We want you to feel safe so you can Relax and Enjoy your stay here at Southern Exposure in Auburndale. The space This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath pool and lake front home is your home away from home. This is Not a Party House or Large Gathering property! We live next door and will interviene for the safety, privacy and protection of our neighbors. The pictures give good details of each room and what furniture items are in each room. All doors that exit to the pool have alarms to protect your precious little people. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable Tuft & Needle mattress on a traditional bed frame. The room has two windows that overlook the lake with french doors that open to the screened in pool. The master bath has a jetted tub, a walk in shower, a seperate toilet behind a closed door. The master bed room walk in closet is where the safe can be located. The feel of the home is open and spacious yet the split floor plan allows for you to have your space. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed cooling Zinus Mattress on a traditional bed frame to enjoy a nice relaxing nights rest and includes a sitting chair. The 3rd bedroom also has 2 twin beds with Tuft & Needle mattresses. This room is nearest guest full bath. The guest bath room has a seperate door that enters the screened pool area. The pool towels are located in the closet by the pink door that opens to the pool deck. There are Tuft & Needle mattresses on the two twin beds in the 4th bedroom that opens into the receiving room and nearest the 1/2 bath. The living room has a large sectional that includes 4 recliners. Two manual and two electric recliners on each end. Pull back the vertical blinds and 3 sliding doors open to the pool area for a magnificint view. We suggest you close these for the evening to keep the inside cooler. All windows and doors are to remain closed to keep the air conditioner working properly. The receiving room has a small two person sofa and two wing back chairs away from the television. Sit and visit with friends, family or relax with a book and ejoy the view through the french doors that overlook the pool and lake. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs. There is a 4 seat table that again, over looks the pool and lake for a wonderful view anytime of the day or night. Oh, We even have a coffee bean grinder if you want to grind your own coffee. Out front is a small iron table and two seats to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun come up. We have a few friendly neighbors that walk mornings and evenings here. The POOL can be heated for an additional fee, paid in advance online. Ask questions if you have any ahead of time. On the pool deck are 4 lounge chairs that you can place where you would like for sun or grab a book and relax to the pools waterfall. The table on the pool deck seats 4 people easily. The back yard has a park style charcoal grill and is large enough to set up volleyball or badmitten. The grass is thick on the waterfront here. There is a table with an umbrella available for shade next to the grill. We are always nearby to assist as needed but respectfully leave you to your privacy and stress free stay. We spend evenings sitting out on our porch and will wave as you come and go. Guest access You have access to the entire home. One car can be parked in the garage with other vehicles in the spacious driveway. Please do not park on/in the grass to prevent damaging irrigation. $$ Pool can be heated for an additional fee. $$ There is a charcoal park style grill on property. Clean it if you use it. We provide shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, lotion and sink bar soap. We start you off with dishwasher tabs (3), toilet paper for each bath plus 1 roll for each bath, paper towels (1) and liquid dish soap. Hand liquid soap is also at each sink. The local stores to supply your needs are within 1-3 miles. Other things to note Do not book this property for large gatherings or parties. We live next door and enjoy meeting new people. We don’t want to ruin your vacation so we make it clear that parties and drugs are Not allowed. You will be contacted by Airbnb and or local law enforcement to leave premises. This is an established family location with only two vacation properties. You can have a perfectly private stay, but we are usually available if needed. We maintain the lawn and the pool once or twice a week depending on the weather and the season. We try to do this while you are away so as not to disturb your time. On occasion we have no choice but to get the lawn or pool maintained while you are home. We do not access inside unless there is an urgent need and even then we would, of course, always notify you in advance if at all possible. Our guests privacy is of utmost concern. If the pool waterfall is not flowing you need to call us immediately so we can turn off the pump and resolve the problem.
