This detached studio guesthouse is located 7 miles south of Denver, less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Englewood and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. The studio is fully renovated and is perfect for one or two travelers. It comes with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a private entrance with a small patio. There is plenty of street parking available, with a coffee shop and several bars/restaurants just 1 block away. The space The space: - Studio apartment that has been fully renovated with keyless access. We live in the main house but the unit is fully separate and private. - Main room has a queen bed, small dresser, nightstand, loveseat and a Smart TV. - Kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and dishes. - Bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. - Your entrance has a small private patio area with chairs. - No smoking in the unit but you’re welcome to smoke outside away from any open windows or doors. - The apartment has a mini split HVAC unit that provides heat and AC, controlled by a remote in the unit. Other things to note Neighborhood: - Englewood is a great neighborhood 20 minutes from downtown Denver. - The unit is less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Englewood. Englewood has lots of great restaurants, shops and bars, as well as a grocery store and a Walmart for stocking up. - Starbucks is only 1 block away! Getting around: - About 20 minutes to downtown Denver, 20-25 minutes to Red Rocks, easy access to the mountains via Hampden Avenue/US-285.
