Private bedroom in a comfortable, spacious 4 bed/2 bath home. Close to the 202 and 60 freeways. Quick drive from Tempe, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and other popular spots. Kitchen showcases granite slab countertops, large breakfast bar, and butcher's block chef's island. Spacious backyard. There are guests/roommates in the other 3 rooms. Easy access to the property, and each room has its own unique door code. You will be sharing the guest bathroom with 2 of the other rooms. The space Each room has its own assigned cabinet/pantry space. Please use your assigned space to store any dry foods or other items. The refrigerator does not assigned spots, so make space where you can find it. Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. Guest access Your room number is #3. Once you enter the house, you turn into the hallway on the right. Turn right again once you reach the end of the hallway. Your room will be on the right, next to the laundry room. You will be provided a 4-digit code that will be used to access the entry doors and your bedroom door. Keys are not provided, however there is a lockbox in front of the house in the event the lock batteries die. Reach out to me in case this happens, and I will give you the code. Driveway and street parking are available. The garage is not available. If parking in the driveway, please pull in as far as you can to one side in order to allow 2 cars to fit comfortably. During your stay I do not live at this property, but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Other things to note House Rules: - Please clean up after yourself and keep the common areas tidy - Wash your own dishes and put them away when dry. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee. - No smoking, vaping, or use of any smoking/weed products inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the yards. Evidence of this will result in a $200 fine. - Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the room, this will result in a $200 fine. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM - Driveway and street parking are available. The garage is not available. If parking in the driveway, please pull in as far as you can to one side in order to allow 2 cars to fit comfortably. - Unapproved guests are not permitted. A $100 fine will be charged for any guests not included in the original reservation. - Please do not move furniture or decor around - Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. - Late check-outs past 11 AM will be charged a fee equal to the cost of 1 night.
