The first floor has 2 bedrooms with twin over full bunkbeds, a bright living room, full-size bathroom, full kitchen stacked with both a coffee pot and Keurig. Coffee area includes complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, snacks and more. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms with queen sized beds, a small kid-sized bathroom, plus an entertainment space that doubles as a sleeping area, filled with a TV, foosball and other board games - the space is open and doesn’t have a private door. There are 2 twin XL beds here to use, perfect for kids. Ceilings are low in some areas, especially the upper bathroom, so watch your head! (Best for kids) The apartment comes with a large deck space for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon snack. NOTES 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 $150 per each guest after 12 guests. Guest access You will be able to access the full unit, Apartment 1R, including the private deck. Only the laundry room is shared with other residents.
