THE LIVING AREA The rooms are centrally air-conditioned kept 70-74F year around and all windows feature built-in shutters for superior ambient light control. Small dog friendly home—as many as two (2) dogs, 25 lbs or less, to include pugs, Boston terriers, and similar breeds. Please crate at night or when away from the property. Two clean crates are available, located under the stairs. Your best friend(s) will love their unlimited access to the fenced grass areas outdoors through an electronic dog door—that you can adjust controls on—connecting the kitchen to pool patio and a patio dog door to areas beyond. Please no jumping or diving. Children MUST be supervised. Spa (1hr timer) and lights are on/off push button controlled by panel next to the dining area. Pool runs on a schedule. The screened enclosure boasts wired full color LED lighting, fully adjustable by remote to set the perfect evening ambience. Solo Stove screened, smokeless fire pit. Usually pre-staged with wood and starter for no fuss lighting. Marshmallow skewers are located in the kitchen drawer below the coffee station. Ask Host if interested in using the heat deflector. Please leave fire pit tools in the brick fire ring. Additional wood is available for direct purchase, and also easily available from stores nearby. Big Green Egg Grill. Pre-staged with lump charcoal enough for 2-3 grill sessions. Very easy to light--Open air both top & bottom air vents, remove grate, Plug in heat gun. Holding 1-2 inches from charcoal, heat until there is a small flame & close the lid. Wait until reaches the desired temp & cook. Adjust vents to control the cooking temperature. **BURP the grill--crack open 1" for 2-5 seconds--before opening fully or may flare up!** Close both top and bottom vents when done to extinguish the fire & save the coals for later use. Guest must purchase any additional charcoal. Please DO NOT use charcoal briquettes, lump charcoal only. Utensils are located at the grill or in the kitchen below the coffee station. UPSTAIRS You’ll relax into comfy beds. All mattresses are luxuriously comfortable Needle & Tuft, include fresh linens and cushioned mattress protectors. The home sleeps 8 upstairs, including 3 Queen private bedrooms and a Full sleeper in the Loft. Complementary Guest house robes are located in each bedroom closet. *Note that the Loft mattress topper is in the striped bedroom closet, sheets are in the storage box built into the couch--Host is happy to stage this bed prior to your arrival. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows in each closet to ensure your most comfortable night sleep! All windows have indoor shutters to let in full sun and open views, provide maximum darkness and privacy, or any level in between as you desire. Convenient front loading washer/dryer room with ironing station are in the dedicated laundry room centrally located near guest bedrooms. Unscented detergent and dryer sheets/balls provided. Guests Only full bath—includes His & Her sinks, the essential amenities (hair dryer, styling iron, detailing mirror, makeup remover/towels,...) with a privacy door to the shower.
