Guest access Pool Other things to note 2 covered parking spaces and access to pool in the complex. No smoking. No fishing on property but there are fishing piers next door at Clear Lake Park within walking distance. The balcony overlooks a boardwalk. The balcony has a short 18” wall and there is a 6’ drop so may not be safe for young children or larger pets. All pets must be on a leash and all pet waste must be picked up.
