The space for you! Come stay in our master suite with own masterbathroom! This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home close to downtown Chandler and so much more! You would be sharing the rest of the house space with property owner. Enjoy beautiful modern atmosphere in this 2-story family home. Newly remodeled large kitchen and dining area. Outdoor pool and lounge area. Marble counters throughout. The space Master suite is located upstairs first door you see and has it's own door code lock for perfect privacy. Room includes-King sz bed, electric wall firplace, walk-in closet, television, desk (office nook area) mini fridge, microwave, and extra seating. This luxury space is complete with it's own masterbathroom with tub (jets in tub don't work) Large counter space, towels, hairdryer, and dual sinks. Guest access Backyard pool area is available for your own personal use as long as you're a guest in our house! Please understand certain times of the year the temperature of the pool won't be ideal. Right now it's not heated due to hotub issues. The middle room and bathroom upstairs down the hall is off limits and owner resides there. The plants, side yard, and garage are also off limits. Down the hall is a vacant room with two twin beds-very small no tv. but if you want to accomadate more guests for extra fees to rent the second room we do have extra space. Feel free to use the downstairs half bathroom or downstairs living room also. Once again- the downstairs is all shared spacing and we don't mind use of home. But the master suite is what you're paying for. You have free street parking and if available at the time of you booking- a drive way parking spot. If you need to use kitchen feel free just keep it clean but must store your frigerator items in your fridge in masterbedroom. And remember this is a shared space so if owner of house is cooking or you don't communicate how much access you need to kitchen it might feel inconvenient. We want you to feel right at home so feel free to let us know what your needs are and we will surely try to assist you! During your stay once booked you'll have my number to supply any questions you may have. Within the day of arrival I will send you your own front door code and wifi information. Also, Ms. Tok the lady of the house will more then likely be there to accomadate your stay with us!
