Whether you’re here for a vacation with family or friends, a conference or a tournament, we want coming back to San Bruno to be a part of your trip you look forward to. ⠀ ──────────────────────── ⠀ ★ THE PROPERTY ★ ⠀ 🏠 MAIN HOUSE Our spacious, single-story ranch home has four locally themed bedrooms, including three private suites, and four full bathrooms. There’s plenty of living-room space to spend time together, with large Roku Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom. The game room brings everyone together for pool, shuffleboard and three arcade games, including Golden Tee and Pac-Man/Galaga. An office and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easier to fit work into your trip, while the Pack ’n Play, toys and children’s books help younger guests settle in. ⠀ 🛖 RED ROCK CASITA The separate casita adds a fifth bedroom and fifth full bathroom, along with its own furnished kitchen and dining area. It has a full-size Murphy bed, a full-size fold-out sofa bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The casita is included for reservations of seven or more registered guests. If your group is smaller and you’d like casita access, please ask before booking so we can confirm the arrangement and any additional charge. ⠀ 🌅 BACKYARD Step outside to a huge backyard with mountain views, a large turf area for yard games and a covered patio with a BBQ and plenty of places to sit, dine and unwind. The private pool is maintained year-round but is unheated, so the water can be quite cold in winter. There’s plenty to enjoy outdoors whether you’re swimming, playing a game or taking a quiet moment in the shade. ⠀ 🗺️ LOCATION Make San Bruno your Henderson home base for exploring the Las Vegas Valley. The home is approximately 18 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 17 miles from Harry Reid International Airport, with drives of around 20 minutes when traffic allows. Allow extra time for traffic and events. Whether you’re here with family or friends, attending a conference or supporting a team, the home welcomes groups of up to ten registered guests. ⠀ Mission Hills Park is about a block away, with a seasonal splash pad, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, and open grass for playing and spending time outdoors. ⠀ 🐎 HORSE STAYS BY ARRANGEMENT The property has a corner area with a pen, shed, trough and water access that can be configured for a horse stay. Additional charges apply because we prepare the space for these visits. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your horses, the setup and the cost. Enjoy a slow morning under the patio, a friendly game on the turf or a meal together after a day out. Spacious granite countertops give you plenty of room to work. Each bedroom has its own local theme, with thoughtfully chosen bedding and the everyday comforts we appreciate when we travel. ⠀   • Hoover Dam / Lake Mead primary suite: king bed, private bathroom and Pack ’n Play   • Grand Canyon suite: queen bed and private bathroom   • Valley of Fire / North suite: queen bed and private bathroom   • Mt. Charleston bedroom: twin-over-full bunk bed, single daybed and trundle   • Red Rock casita, when included: full-size Murphy bed and full-size fold-out sofa bed, with its own full bathroom ⠀ The Valley of Fire / North suite’s bed has been lowered, and its bathroom now has a chair-height toilet. The current photos still show the previous bed height and toilet. ⠀ The main house has four bedrooms. If you need these features for your stay, please ask us to confirm their status before booking. ⠀ ──────────────────────── ⠀ ★ NEARBY ATTRACTIONS ★ 🌄 ⠀ 🌳 MISSION HILLS PARK Less than two blocks away, about a five-minute walk by our estimate, Mission Hills Park has a large children’s play area, a seasonal splash pad, lighted ball fields, tennis and pickleball courts, and open grass for ball games or a Frisbee. ⠀ 🍽️ WATER STREET & LOCAL SKATING Henderson’s Water Street District is around five minutes away by our estimate, with breweries, bars and restaurants to explore. It’s an option for a more laid-back evening than the Strip.
