During your stay The Washington Woodland Estate, built in 1989 is an exquisite five-acre country estate, just outside Gig Harbor, Washington in the Key Peninsula. The property, originally named the Bear’s Lair, was custom built as a B & B by Giulio and Jenny Santori. They lovingly cared for the Estate until 2019, when Mark and Donna McNeal purchased the property. While maintaining the existing Bed and Breakfast and the luscious, green surroundings, the McNeal’s had a dream to expand the amenities offered to guests. They added a Cottage for private massage, an outdoor Fitness Trail, along with an upgraded Event Venue to attract a new clientele looking for a unique setting for corporate events along with the traditional wedding, shower, reunion or family gathering. The property has been carefully redeveloped and the Manor House and Carriage House have been redecorated and upgraded to achieve the highest level of comfort and satisfaction for guests. We look forward to hosting you at our magical woodland estate very soon. Mark & Donna McNeal, Proprietors
