The space This fully furnished 1,200-square-foot apartment has a private entrance, so all you need to bring is your clothes. The full-size kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. With high ceilings and dormer windows, the space feels bright and open. Located on the third floor and accessed by stairs, it’s part of a private residence without an elevator. Pricing covers 1–2 guests, with an additional fee for more, and discounts are available for singles staying several weeks or months for business. Guest access We live here and occupy the first and second floors. You’re welcome to use the front and back porches as well as the yard. There’s a small fish pond in the back of the property. Parking is available in the driveway at the rear of the house, and there’s also street parking along the curb. Other things to note Kindly refrain from smoking inside the apartment.
