✨ Settle in as early as 8am on check-in day or 8pm on check-out day, for FREE, as long as there isn’t a neighboring reservation! Otherwise, we’ll welcome you as soon as the home is freshly cleaned and ready! Come experience comfort, connection, and lasting memories! There’s room for 10, with 2 king suites, 2 queen bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. We put the same love into hosting your family as we do our own, with home essentials and kitchen gadgets you didn’t know you’d need! The space LIVING AREA: is open concept, with comfortable leather couch and matching oversized swivel chair. The built-in entertainment center includes a 75" Smart TV with 4k FireStick and surround sound, as well as an electric fireplace. The fireplace can be set to different moods and colors, with or without heat. KITCHEN : is fully equipped with everything you might need! French door fridge, electric stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. The double sink features a cup washer (since its vacation!), garbage disposal button, and dishsoap dispenser. Our kitchen essentials include quality appliances so you can feed the crew - Ninja Blender Set, Slowcooker, Easy Instapot, Double Toaster, Coffee Maker, Knife set, cutting boards, and seasonings amongst many other things! DINING: Our dining table has 6 comfortable black and chrome leather chairs, and there are another 6 adjustable seats around the center island. KING SUITE w OFFICE SPACE: has it's own private bathroom, seating area, 65” smart TV with FireStick, desk/office area, and large closet. This room has two large windows that face the front of the home. It is on the other side of the home in comparison to the other bedrooms. KING SUITE w MINIFRIDGE: has the largest in-suite bathroom, 2 nightstands with various shelves, 45” Smart TV and it’s own mini-fridge. It also comes with both blinds and black-out velvet curtains. BLUE QUEEN BEDROOM: includes two nightstands, and a blue velvet reading chair. GREY QUEEN BEDROOM: includes two nightstands and a leather finger chair. GUEST BATHROOM: includes additional supplies you many need during your stay like a first aid kit, another fire extinguisher, and extra toiletries. BACKYARD: is currently a large open space with a cement area with 2 chairs and a seat with footrest, followed by a grassy area, and then an array of trees. Stay tuned for the transformation later this year that will include a fence and outdoor dining! *Note that we are continually adding final touches and details to the property, so decor items may be slightly different in the coming months* Guest access Since we do not rent out by room, your group will be able to enjoy the entire home and open backyard! The only section of the home that is restricted is the supply/owner's closet and outdoor shed that will be locked. Other things to note Arrive to something worth celebrating! We can coordinate with local vendors to have thoughtful extras ready when you walk through the door, whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or simply someone you love. Our most popular package is $400 and includes walking into the playlist of your choosing, party lights, and decorations thoughtfully placed throughout the space to set the mood. It also includes a designated photo backdrop area with a ring light to capture special moments, along with balloons and custom banners in the guest of honor’s bedroom.
