Violating this policy will result in a $2,000 fine, and guests will be asked to leave immediately. 🦮 Service dogs are welcome but must remain with their handler at all times. Unattended dogs may be turned over to animal control and incur an additional $400 cleaning fee for hair and pet odor. 🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Parties/events will result in a $2,000 fine, eviction, and no refund. 🚭 NO SMOKING INSIDE Smoking is prohibited inside the home, front porch, deck, or garden. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 odor-removal fee. 🚬 Smoking is only permitted in the pergola area. Please use the provided tin can for cigarette disposal. 🔇 Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. 🎍 Garden visits are welcome, but the garden is extremely delicate. Please do NOT: • Play in the garden • Litter • Clip plants • Pour any liquids on plants • Urinate on plants or landscaping FIREPLACE & SWIM SPA SAFETY 🔥 Indoor fireplace (Oct–May) and outdoor propane firepit (year-round) should only be operated by adults. 👶 Children under 10 must be supervised at the Swim Spa. 🌊 Swim Spa jets create a strong water current — please use caution. 🚫 No lifeguard on duty. 🛟 PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE SPA COVER To open: roll the cover from the front to the end of the spa and place it on the bars. ✅ Please keep the spa covered when not in use to maintain cleanliness and temperature. 🧴 Do NOT add bubble bath or chemicals to the Swim Spa. ⚠️ Do not tamper with spa knobs. Damage or malfunction caused by tampering will result in additional fees. You may occasionally see a mama bear and cubs nearby. ⚠️ Please DO NOT: • Approach or feed wildlife • Leave food or drinks outside or in vehicles • Leave grills unattended 🚗 Keep vehicles locked at all times. 👶 Supervise children outdoors. 🚪 Keep all doors and sliding glass doors closed and locked during bear season.
