We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to enhance its amenities and guest experience. - The resort offers access to its on-site amenities for a one-time fee of $35 + tax for groups of 12 or less guests, and $45 + tax for groups of 12 or more. This fee is non-refundable and includes all guests in the home for the duration of your stay. - Pool heat service is $45 per day and must be on for the duration of your stay. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you wish to add this service. -Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors. - There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup. - A starter pack of complimentary toiletries/items will be provided for your stay. If you require more consumption, you may purchase some at the local market nearby. - Guest must sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside.
