Bedroom: queen bed, a nightstand, TV, closet with hangers, iron and board, blackout curtains, and extra pillows and blankets. Living room: small sofa (not for sleeping) and a TV you can see from the kitchen. Kitchen island seats 2. Full kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, wine opener, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Salt, pepper and sugar packets are provided; no cooking oil or other condiments. Bathroom: renovated bathroom with tub, body soap, hand soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and toilet paper. On arrival day we send the address and photo instructions through Airbnb. The whole apartment is yours. You only share the gated parking lot, the patio with fire pit and tables (smoking area), outdoor stairs and hallways with other units. Stairs: the unit is up a steep staircase, so it's not ideal with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Noise: we're near the airport, so you may hear planes. It's a multi-unit house and you may hear neighbors. Parking: your spot is behind a gate you open and close on the way in and out. Not suitable for large trucks. Area: residential Elizabeth Port, with a corner store, restaurants and the waterfront park nearby. Salt, pepper and sugar packets provided; no cooking oil or other condiments. No washer or dryer; there's a laundromat nearby. Rules: no parties or events; no smoking inside (patio only). Friday or Saturday check-ins need a 2-night minimum.
