The screened porch features abundant natural lighting with golf course and lagoon views, comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a classic Lowcountry porch swing, and a convenient flatscreen TV. The spacious eat-in kitchen is very well equipped, offers a breakfast nook to seat 3, as well as a laundry closet with a new stacked washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen is the dining area which can comfortably hold 6-8 people. The primary bedroom features a brand-new Restonic king bed with a cooling feature, has access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, has direct access to the deck, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Summerwind Cottages are located near the Seabrook Island Club, Crooked Oaks, and Ocean Winds Golf Course, a short bike ride or walk to the beach or Club pools.
