With a cali king bed, reverse osmosis purified drinking water on tap, rain shower w/ soft water, and washer/dryer—you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located nearby juice spots, book shops, and bake shops. Your morning coffee will hit harder. Cortisol lowered. Relaxation mode: engaged. Book the casita for your well deserved getaway! The space The casita is an open-concept living space that allows natural light to hit all four corners. It is a single-story dwelling that shares the same property as the owner. A gravel driveway with a wide parking area allows for ease for packing/unpacking, and you are steps away from the front door of the casita. The casita is located in a neighborhood that respects the quiet and invites the friendly. There are two lounge chairs on the casita deck to enjoy a morning journal session, coffee, or work break. Guest access While this is private property, we welcome you to enjoy the casita, the attached deck, and the backyard for a grass picnic under the shade of the pecan trees. Other things to note Additional rules PROPERTY: 1. Gates must remain closed at all times since there is a dog on the property. 2. No smoking allowed in the Casita or on the premises. CASITA: 1. Shoes must be removed before entering the Casita. 2. Maximum guests: 2 adults + 1 child 3. Level 2 (30 amp) EV charger available. Works with all J1772 plugs (EV-industry standard). POOL: 1. Pool use will cost an additional $40 per day per person. 2. Pool use waiver must be filled out before arriving on the property. 3. Guests must use the outdoor shower to rinse before pool use. 4. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. 5. No glass containers are permitted near the pool. If any glass is found during or after your stay, it is a $1,000 fine. 6. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. 7. Guests not staying on property are not permitted to swim.
