Other things to note RULES POOL SAFETY NOTICE The property includes a private swimming pool. Guests acknowledge and agree to the following: • Use of the pool is at your own risk. • There is no lifeguard on duty. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • No diving is allowed. • No glass containers in the pool area. • The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. •By booking this property you agree to all laws and regulations set by property owner ADDITIONAL RULES • No parties or events allowed. • No toilet paper or wet wipes thrown on toilets, damages will be subject of additional fees($200 minimum service fee will ne applied) • No smoking inside the home or sunroom. $400 fine if violated. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. • Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person per night. • No glass in the pool area. • Late checkout without approval will result in a $100 fee. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. QUIET HOURS • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. POOL RULES • Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. • Children must be supervised at all times. • No glass near the pool area. • Please dry off before entering the house. NO SMOKING • Smoking is not allowed inside the home or sunroom. • Smoking outside only in designated areas. $400 fine if violated. PETS • Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets will result in immediate termination of the reservation and $300 cleaning fee. CARE OF THE HOME • Please treat the home with respect. • Report any damages immediately. • Do not move furniture. • No toilet paper or wet wipes thrown on toilets, damages will be subject of additional fees. Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or cancellation of the stay. By booking this property, guests accept full responsibility for safe use of the pool during their stay.
