Located just a few minutes' walk from Oxxo (convenience store), Farmacia del Ahorro (pharmacy), Dominós, and SIXFLAGS, and just a 5-minute drive from Soriana, you can feel at ease in these spaces filled with harmony and privacy. Where you can listen to music and enjoy the pool 24 hours a day if you wish. The facade of the house is a double-height fence. The space There are four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The living room is very comfortable and overlooks the garden. The TV room is darker but just as comfortable. In the garden, we have several areas where you can enjoy the sun or get out of it. For your convenience when you get out of the pool, there is also an indoor bathroom so you don't get wet inside. The grill or barbecue is gas-fired. The dining room can comfortably seat 12 people! Other things to note The street is a dirt road, and on the outside, the house is simple and unremarkable; inside, it is as shown in the photos.
