Convenient to the best attractions as it is only 15 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge. A perfect place to relax & enjoy a getaway in the Smokies with family or couple’s getaway. Enjoy the summer! OUTDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, AND NEWLY REMODELED INDOOR POOL ARE NOW OPEN! The space MUST READ FULL DESCRIPTION Must be 21 years or older to book ★INDOOR LIVING★ 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo, conveniently located on the first floor. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom in the hallway. Each bedroom has its own wall mounted TV with Roku. FIREPLACE NOT WORKING. ★KITCHEN/DINING★ Fully equipped kitchen, including flatware and dishes, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator (NO ice maker or water dispenser), coffee maker and a 4 seat dining room table. ★GENERAL★ Complimentary starter toiletries, linens/towels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heat. ★PARKING★ Free unassigned on-site parking ★AMENITIES★ The community offers a playground, Outdoor pool and all year round indoor pool and jacuzzi. Laundry is also available at the clubhouse for a small fee. If you forget to bring your supplies, the clubhouse has some available for sale during working hours. ★DRIVING★ The roads are paved, and all cars can easily drive up and down. You do not need an SUV. However, please keep in mind you will be driving 3 miles up the mountain to get to the unit and the road is curvy. During the winter months, we cannot predict inclement weather that may cause issues on smaller vehicles. ★PETS★ HOA has a strict No pet policy, including comfort or emotional support animals. We fully comply with FDA service animal request and service animals that are individually trained to do work with disabilities are welcomed. Apologies for any inconvenience, but this is a requirement from the HOA which I have no control over. ★BEARS★ About 1,500 black bears call the Smoky Mountains home, so you have a chance to see them anywhere throughout the area, including the community’s parking lot. I'll share some tips prior to your arrival. NOTE: This property has an outside surveillance camera by the front door.
