PARKING • Parking garages (open ONLY with key fob). • Parking is based on availability and it is first come first serve. • Only for the top level of parking, the downstairs parking are all assigned stalls. • Vehicles include: motorcycles and mopeds. Only one vehicle allowed per unit. • GUEST PARKING IS ALLOWED ON A LIMITED BASIS: MON - FRI 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM • Must register with building management for overnight parking. Do not park in any reserved stall. • DriveHui (“Hourly Rental Car”) has two vehicles parked in their own spots across the street. LAUNDRY • Coin Op Laundry is available on the first floor/lobby level. It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app. ACCESS • Elevator access with secured FOB key entry only. TRASH • Trash bin (dumpster) located on basement level. LAUNDRY • Laundry on the ground level in the parking area. LOCATION • Waikiki Beach - 2 minute walk. • Honolulu Zoo - across the street. • Kapiolani Park & the Shell Theater - 4 min walk. • Central Waikiki - 6 minutes to all the shops and restaurants. Other things to note If you are driving a car, please make sure to fill out the parking registration form. You’ll find a copy inside the unit, or you can grab one from the stack located next to the building manager’s office. Once completed, follow the instructions on the form to properly register your vehicle. This is important to avoid any risk of towing during your stay. ⚠️ Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay. Garbage Disposal Rule: Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal.
