This newly constructed vacation home has a huge entertaining yard and is within walking distance to downtown and tons of shops and restaurants. This meticulously crafted home was fully rebuilt in 2023. Located in famous Old Las Palmas where many of the home are magazine worthy mid century modern homes. This home walking distance to the Elvis Honeymoon house, the Libberacci house, the Kaufman Desert house, and the Uptown Design District. The Kitchen and the Living Area: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has majestic mountain views out of the large sliding doors . The dining & living room are stylishly equipped with brand new furnishings, including a 60 inch smart TV. If you look out the living room, you will see a grand and magical view of the mountains. . The Bedrooms and Bathrooms: All bedrooms feature luxurious mattresses and high thread count linens. The bathrooms are all brand new with high end fixtures. The master suite has it’s own en-suite bathroom and has a private entrance to the front balcony, which overlooks the mountains. The other two bedrooms face out to the pool area and each have their own bathrooms. The Large Private Backyard with Stunning Views: Outdoors, your private oasis includes multiple lounging, dining and seating areas. The backyard is completely enclosed and private. Other things to note License 040028 The pool is heated at your option for $50/night. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please inform the owner. This is NOT a party house. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC at all, ever. The City of Palm Springs requires a lot of rules for a host and guest to follow in all vacation rentals in Palm Springs. These rules create an environment for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Palm Springs. They must be followed. Rules: Responsible Guest must be at least 30 years of age to book this property and must stay at the house and ensure that the City rules are followed. The City of Palm Springs requires guests to follow the rules set forth in the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure, a copy of which will be provided to you. All of Palm Springs is subject to a strict noise ordinance that is enforced by the City of Palm Springs. OUTDOOR MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED. Indoor music that can be heard outside of the house is not allowed. *People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Violation of the noise ordinance or Good Neighbor Policy will result in citation of at least $500 directly from the City of Palm Springs, eviction, loss of fees and deposit. There is no warning, the City of Palm Springs sends code enforcers to monitor each home for violations and immediately cites guests. Maximum number of overnight guests: 6 adults total Parking for 3 Cars Pets must be screened. Children are welcome but this property is not child proof - there are sliding doors in the living room leading directly to the pool. Please see photos. Extra consideration and supervision needed for children under 8. The City of Palm Springs requires a written agreement describing the terms of the occupancy of this home. To satisfy this requirement, the booking guest must sign an occupancy agreement. After booking this home, the host will send the occupancy agreement via DocuSign to the guest for signing. The City Of Palm Springs requires a copy of the ID of the responsible party for each booking. The responsible party must be 30 years or older and must occupy the house. The responsible guest must provide a usable email address for communication. Any photography or filming requires written pre-approval (additional fees may apply) plus a valid permit is required by the City of Palm Springs. Registration Details 040028
