It comfortably hosts up to 14 guests at Solara Resort, a quiet gated community. By booking, you agree to the information below. WHAT THE HOME OFFERS • Welcome kit for the first night, with 4 trash bags. Restocking toilet paper, trash bags and toiletries is up to the guests. Trash pickup days and times are on the notice on the fridge. • Parking for up to 2 cars. Additional vehicle: US$ 25 per car, with a space confirmed in advance under the community rules. Cars parked out of place may be towed. • Packages: use UPS, DHL or FedEx, delivered to the front door of the home. USPS does not deliver to vacation homes. PRIVATE POOL • The home has a screened private pool with a safety fence. • Pool heating is a Vacation Homes 4U extra service: US$ 35 per day, 3-day minimum, requested 24 hours in advance. The water stays at about 90°F (32°C) and may vary with the weather. • If requested after arrival, there is a one-time US$ 25 charge, and the water takes up to 24 hours to heat. • For everyone's safety, children must always be with an adult at the pool and on the deck, and please do not touch the equipment. • If you see our maintenance team, just wait 1 hour before using it again. • The resort pools and water slides are at the clubhouse and follow the community rules. PETS • Your pet is very welcome in this home. • US$ 50 per pet, up to 3 pets of up to 33 lbs (15 kg) each. For larger pets, contact us first. • Please keep pets off beds, sofas and rugs, and pick up after your pet. • If the home needs extra cleaning, sanitizing or repair because of the pet (urine, feces or excess hair on furniture, bedding and rugs), we charge the documented cost, always within the law and the platform rules, including the protection for service animals. LIVING TOGETHER • Maximum of 14 guests sleeping in the home. No parties or events. • Daytime visitors are welcome, as long as they do not sleep in the home and it is not a party. • Quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. • Smoking, including vaping, only in outdoor areas, away from the pool. If occupancy is exceeded, the authorities may remove the group immediately, with no refund for the remaining nights. We are not responsible for online purchases and deliveries.
