Mountain views from every window on the south side. The main floor has a kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room with a table that seats 8-12, living room, reading room, a half bath, and an art/work space. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The master has an attached split bathroom (toilet/sink in one room and sink/shower/soaking tub in another). Bedroom 1 has a queen/full bunk bed. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed and a couch that converts to another twin. Bathroom 2 has a shower bath. Downstairs has it's own full kitchen/living room (with a twin trundle couch that converts to 2 twins or a short king), a laundry closet, bathroom with shower, and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The backyard has a covered patio with seating, firepit, and BBQ. The yard is enclosed and oh so private with a covered 7 person hot tub, a cold plunge, and wide open Mountain Views.
