Penny’s Place in Pawleys

This new studio is perfect for 2 people with a new queen size bed & pull out couch. Located 1 mile from the ICW and approximately 3 miles from Pawleys Island’s beaches.Plenty of room to park a boat or motorcycles. The studio has a brand new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast.Historic Georgetown is a quick 15 min.There's also Brookgreen Gardens,and the shops and restaurants of Pawleys Island. Beach chairs & towels and a 2 person kayak available. The space This is a detached, ground floor, studio guest house. It has a full kitchen and eating area. We tried to give it a cozy feel and have stocked it with everything we feel you would need for a great vacation. Guest access Back patio Other things to note Rich and Penny have lived here in Pawleys for 15 years but have been bringing their family here for vacation for over 30 years. Penny is well versed on the history of the area and can give you great tips on places to go and things to see.
