Cozy Vista Cottage at the Beach! *Entire Home*

Our cozy cottage is .5 miles from the beach! Perfect for a couples get-away, snowbirds to get warm,or family time by the ocean. Our home has plenty of free parking, but feel free to leave the keys in the suitcase! With golf cart, moped and bike rentals nearby our home is 1 mile from piers for fishing, arcades, shopping, ice cream shops, ocean front restaurants and more! Our home is 3 miles from the Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet and 10 miles from all the fabulous fun Myrtle Beach has to offer! The space Our 2 bedroom, 1 full bath house with fully functioning kitchen and a great living room is the perfect place to relax on vacation. It’s a home away from home! The living room has an electric fireplace. The backyard has comfy patio furniture, a grill, a fire pit with seating for six adults,4 kids (they have their own little chairs) and corn hole to play. A pack-n-play is provided and a highchair is available if needed. Washer & Dryer are available for your use as well. There is one Queen Bed, One Full Bed with Twin Trundle below. There is an air mattress available should you have an extra guest or two. Our home can comfortably sleep 4 but up to 6 with the queen air mattress provided and linens. Guest access: There is a keypad for entry and you will have your own personal number to use during your stay, so there is no need to keep up with additional keys! About the home: For the home, we provide a coffee and hot tea bar, and starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There is hi-speed internet and a desk space, should you need to do any work during your stay. In the kitchen, its fully functional- just like home! We have a toaster, an automatic coffee maker single cup & full pot, blender, all utensils and dishware should you want to cook and dine in during your stay. As parents of four, we also provide kid friendly plates, bowls, cups, and silverware for your little ones as well. **We prefer no pets, but that is negotiable based on breed and weight of animal** Please ask. (A pet fee will be added based on this information if approved upon booking) Quiet hours begin at 10PM for our neighborhood. We have wonderful neighbors, so please be respectful of this and NO parties are allowed. **There is absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE the unit. If smoking is discovered you will be charged an ADDITIONAL $250 cleaning fee** You may feel free to smoke on the patio and ashtrays are provided, please respect this rule and our home. Please no burning of candles or incense out of respect for the next guests. Guest access The entire home, yards, porches and patios are yours during your stay! There is an accessory home and storage shed on the property but they are locked and unoccupied. Please do not try to access them. There is a saltwater pond only a two minute walk up our street. Perfect for casting your rod especially during high tide! This is a quiet, peaceful,family friendly neighborhood so please be respectful of our neighbors and abide by the quiet time of 10PM and NO parties are allowed.
