Feel free to park in the driveway or in the street parking space directly in front of the house. Pictures will be provided to help guide you. Please refrain from parking in the across the street neighbor's parking space! Other things to note Property Disclosures: We have 2, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and side staircase walkway of the home which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels only. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home. This home is located on a shared lot with another unit behind it. While the spaces are completely separate and private, you may occasionally hear light noise from the upstairs unit. Most guests find it minimal, but we like to be upfront so there are no surprises. - Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is an older residential area. Please note STRICT house rules. This will allow us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. - One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request) - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - NO LOUD MUSIC after 9pm - NO SHOES, SMOKING, OR PETS inside the home
