Welcome to Desert Rose, a newly renovated spacious wellness & healing sanctuary showcasing the concrete masterpieces of Josh Lilly. Comfortably sleeping 18-20 guests, the DR includes many indoor/outdoor amenities. These include: gardens, farm animals and biohacking tech, a large swimming pool, BBQ area, outdoor dining, 50 yr old shade trees, viewing deck and in-ground fire pit. 15 min south of Sedona, the DR offers easy access to red-rock hiking, Verde wine country and the Grand Canyon. The space This 4500 square ft luxury home has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms plus a casita with full bathroom, kitchen, and living room to accomodate larger groups while still offering many quiet spaces for privacy. The outdoor elevated patio deck with large firepit overlooks the pool, orchards and gardens below. Pleasant lighting options at night make it a super dope place to hang out with other guests day or night. Amenities: 1st floor Bedroom 1 – Comfy Master Suite: King bed, luxurious ensuite with soaking tub & walk-in shower. Space for 2nd futon mattress if needed. 2nd floor Bedroom 2 – The Dream Den: King bed, coffee bar, connecting twin-bed nook, ensuite with custom concrete sink, tub & shower. 1st floor Bedroom 3 – Baby Native Room: King bed, private half bath. 2nd floor Bedroom 4 – Zebra Room: King bed, ensuite with separate tub & shower. Space for 2nd futon mattress if needed. 1st floor Bedroom 5 – Family Bunk: Queen bed & twin bunk, sleeps 4, ensuite with tub & shower. 1st floor Bedroom 6 – Sunset Room: Two full beds, shared bath. 1st floor Bedroom 7 - Biohacking Room: This is a smaller room with the best views of the property, a biophotonic light bed and a full-size murphy bed. It is the one bedroom without it's own bathroom but can use one of two other bathrooms not directly associated with a specific room. Gourmet Kitchen for Entertaining Our fully stocked chef’s kitchen features dual sinks, an industrial-size refrigerator, Miracule water filtration (adds ormus gold to your drinking water), numerous coffee/tea options, and elegant dinner-ware. Resort-Style Outdoor Living Relax on the expansive deck with bar, BBQ grill, fire pit, loungers, and dining space for 12. Hiking trails are accessed from a gate behind the casita. Please note that Bedroom 7 and the "workspace/biohacking room" are the same bedroom. This room packs in a Murphy bed ,a massage table and a high-end biophotonic red-light panel. Guest access Check-in is 3:00pm or thereafter; Check-out is by 10:00am so that we can get the house ready for future guests. Early check-in / Late check-out is usually no problem, but must be coordinated with the host to ensure there are no conflicts. The house and the individual rooms have code access. Codes will be offered a few days before your stay. Other things to note The main house has benefitted from one of the most highly skilled concrete craftsman in the U.S., Josh Vanmon. Walls, countertops, shelving and several tubs are all constructed with the most sustainable, elegant and insulating materials in the world -- foam & polished concrete. The house is a showpiece for Josh V's many creative talents. Inlayed gemstones into the kitchen countertops and tubs makes this one of the most talked about homes in the Verde Valley.
