Lake Whistler Beach House with lakefront pool

The Lake house is a resort with Paddle boards/Kayaks at no cost to our guests. Enjoy the entire yard and non-public lake with a private beach which offers you fishing. The main house has a pool table,air hockey and live darts! Also there is a BBQ, 4 TV's, cable, internet, movie library and washer/dryer, Pool and pool Jacuzzi. Small fenced back yard for pets (pet fee required). The space This two acre property sits under the shade of several hundred year old oak trees. Behind the house there is also a fenced in area perfect for your pets. Base fee of $150 for the first 1-2 pets. After the first two pets each additional pet has a fee of $50. Pet fee may be adjusted for extended stays. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Additionally on the private beach there is a fire pit. Guest access Guests in the main house have complete access to the advertised spaces. Other things to note Price of propane is subject to change due to flucuation in prices from the provider. The pool Jacuzzi can be heated by gas for fee $60 for every 10% of propane used. Jacuzzi gets warm in about 30 mins. POOL IS NOT HEATED. The main house fits up to 10 guests in beds. The property management currently living in the efficiency/ apartment that is attached to the home. The apartment/efficiency have independent entrances which have no access to the main home. Property management is not there to oversee your activities. The property management is only there to assist renters if needed. The amenities that are advertised on AirBnB are only for guests who rent the main house and are not shared.
