Parking information and building access instructions will also be provided prior to your arrival for a smooth check-in experience. ⚠️ Please Note: The outdoor pool and smaller splash pad/water fun zone pictured are available for guest usage. There is a larger water park located within walking distance at the other end of the complex, this is not included and is not accessible to guests, as it is a separate area within the complex. 🎮 Resort Amenities & Entertainment Guests staying at Sand Dunes Resort have access to additional family-friendly entertainment options throughout the property: * A small arcade is located on the main floor of the Sand Dunes building near the convenience store and laundry area. * A larger arcade and black light mini golf attraction is located at the Sand Dunes Villas building, just north of the resort across 74th Ave. * The black light mini golf attraction is open to all Sand Dunes guests for an additional fee. Violation of these rules may lead to additional fees or removal from the property without a refund. Security & Guest Verification This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
