The space LOCATION & PEACEFUL FAIRWAY SETTING Located inside the quiet, gated Ocean Ridge / Wyndham community on Edisto Beach, Bucket List offers a tranquil sanctuary directly on the fairway with unblocked views of the lush green course. Beach Access: 3- to 5-minute drive (approx. 1 mile) or an easy 10-minute bike ride to public beach access points along Palmetto Boulevard. Shops & Dining: Under 2 miles (a quick 5-minute drive) to Jungle Road shopping, fresh local seafood dining, and the Food Lion grocery store. THE HOME & OUTDOOR LIVING Designed to make the most of its calm setting, the home features expansive sun decks and a shaded screened porch overlooking the manicured greens. Inside, the open-concept layout includes a welcoming living room with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and a dedicated family dining area. BEDROOM & BATHROOM LAYOUT (Sleeps 10 | 3 Full Baths) Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King Bed with private ensuite bath (double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub). Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed (sleeps up to 3). Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen Bed. Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms distributed across both floors for complete group convenience. OPTIONAL RESORT AMENITY PASSES Community amenity passes can be purchased directly at the Ocean Ridge Recreation Center upon arrival. A pass provides access to resort swimming pools, the fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, playground, and the oceanfront Beach Cabana facility on Palmetto Boulevard. How to Purchase: Stop by the Recreation Center desk after check-in to register your group and purchase passes. Pass Options & Information: Passes are offered directly through Wyndham Recreation as daily or weekly options based on your party and length of stay. Because seasonal rates are determined solely by Wyndham, please check directly with the recreation desk upon arrival for current pricing and availability. Other things to note The Best Rentals Home Policies: Non-Pet-Friendly: Bucket List is strictly a non-pet-friendly property due to homeowner allergies. Bringing any pet on the premises will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. No Parties & Occupancy: Parties or gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10 guests are strictly prohibited. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property or on the decks/porches. Quiet Hours: Observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our residential community neighbors. Guest Registration: All guests must be registered with names and ages prior to check-in. Primary booker must be at least 25 years of age. Photo IDs may be requested. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages. All reservations include an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500 of unintentional, reported damage prior to departure. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms: 48-Hour Free Cancellation: Cancel within 48 hours of booking with no penalty. Payment Schedule: Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. Date or property changes within 60 days are treated as cancellations. Hurricane Policy: In the event of a mandatory government evacuation for Edisto Island, prorated refunds (minus a 7% processing fee) will be issued for the specific covered nights. Travel Insurance: Optional Red Sky Travel Insurance is available upon request. Check-in & Checkout Procedures: Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM. Keyless Wi-Fi lock access code will be sent prior to arrival so you can go straight to the home. Expedited early check-in may be requested for an additional fee. Checkout: Standard checkout is 10:00 AM. Please start the dishwasher, take out all trash and food, and lock all doors and windows. You do not need to strip beds or wash linens. Starter Amenities & Supplies: Linens Provided: Full bed and bath linens are provided (1 set per bed/guest). Please avoid staining linens with makeup. Washer/dryer available on-site with starter laundry pods. Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, and hand soap. Additional supplies can be purchased at the local Food Lion on Jungle Rd. Island Info & Access Notice: Parking: Parking is available in the private driveway. Island street parking is permitted only in designated non-yellow curb zones. Access & Maintenance: Vendors or property management may require entry with 24 hours' advance notice for required monthly pest control or routine service.
