The main bedroom offers a queen bed, 2 dressers for your items and a beautiful beach theme with a television for your convenience. Bedroom two offers a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. The side table and cloth dresser offer places for your personal belongings. The bathroom has a full bath/shower, storage for your personal items and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Move into the living area where you will find a comfortable couch with chaise lounge. Enjoy fast wifi, smart tv, board games, books and more! More beach themes surround the living area. The full kitchen offers a table/chairs for 4, new dishwasher and stove along with a full fridge. The kitchen is set up with everything needed to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner - plates, utensils, cups, mugs and more. A Keurig and electric tea kettle are on the counter in the kitchen. Guests will find beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys on the balcony. Additionally, guests can enjoy use of the outdoor pool. This is a family-friendly condo, so please adhere to no parties, loud noise (in unit) and all Garden Sands rules (copy is on the fridge for all guests). The unit is only a 7-minute ride to the Marshwalk with its abundance of incredible restaurants, shops and ice cream. Pawley's Island is a short drive away, as is Broadway on the Beach and Brookgreen Gardens. Your stay will include: -Parking for ONE (1) car ONLY. The parking pass is on the fridge and must be visible at all times during your stay.
