Guests also have access to a private garage, propane BBQ, and workout equipment during their stay. The location is one of the best parts of the home. You will be approximately 10 minutes south of Downtown Austin in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Grocery stores are within walking distance, with gyms, restaurants, shopping, coffee, and everyday essentials nearby. Major freeway access is approximately 5 minutes away, making it easy to explore Downtown Austin and the surrounding area without living directly next to the noise and congestion of a major highway. Guest access Guests will have private access to the home during their stay. Entry is simple and contactless using a custom electronic door code. Your unique access code will be sent to you two days before your scheduled check in date, so there is no need to coordinate a key pickup or meet the host upon arrival. Guests will also have access to the garage and the other guest amenities provided at the property. Other things to note A garage door remote is provided for your convenience. We encourage guests to use the garage during their stay. Please remember to leave the garage door remote inside the property when checking out. A propane BBQ is also available for guest use. We provide the grill and propane container, but propane itself is not included as an amenity. There may be propane remaining from a previous stay, but guests should be prepared to have the container filled or exchanged at a nearby store if needed. For everyone's safety, please make sure the BBQ and propane are completely turned off after each use.
