Heavenly House

Welcome to our Heavenly Home! We custom built this house for our family and friends and would love to host you. - Two HUGE master suites. - One regular suite. - One kids bunk room. (open to stairs!) - 3.5 baths. PLEASE NOTE: There are strict rules in Tahoe: 6 adults and up to 5 kids age under 14 max, must be 30+ years old to rent, no pets, no smoking. 10pm noise ordinance. Strict $2K fines. No exceptions. The space This is a vacation home I had built for my family after building 15 other spec homes. House is so close to Heavenly, I ski home! (but it is NOT ski-in / ski/out - very few homes in Heavenly are and when they say they are it's usually a big hike uphill there or back!) Just out the front door, are hundreds of miles of AMAZING hiking and biking trails in acres of National Forest. Everything in this custom house is premium and over-sized. Two of the master bedrooms are huge and the home has extra tall walls and vaulted ceilings. Decks on both floors with a hot tub on one of them. There are three bedrooms have their own bathrooms, two have their own spa tubs. Plus we have a bunk room for the kids. Luxury finishes ensure a great stay: hardwood floors, rock fireplace, custom alder wood doors & trim throughout the house. Top of the line GE Profile stainless steel cook top, double oven/microwave and ultra quiet dishwasher are included in the custom Coventry maple cabinets with custom granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as throughout the house. About the Rooms: - Two HUGE master suites. One upstairs, one down. Both have jacuzzi tubs, separate showers and double sinks. - One regular suite. Downstairs. Has it's own en-suite bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks. - One kids bunk room. This room is between one of the downstairs master suites and the regular suite. It is open to the hallway but perfect for kids (not adults). Kids must share the ensuute bathrooms or use half bath upstairs Guest access You have the entire home. Comes with hi-speed Wi-Fi internet, sleds for the kids, etc. Other things to note Very close to Heavenly. But not ski-in/ski-out. Look at the map. You can see where the lifts are and how close to the lake it is. There is a new Tahoe Vacation Home Ordinance. They no longer give warnings. Violators are fined $2K for breaking the rules (e.g. noise after 10pm, extra cars, too many people at house, etc.). If you get a violation, you will lose your deposit. I only had 1 issue in 10 years of having 2 homes in Tahoe and would like to keep it that way. So please, if you plan on breaking the rules, look elsewhere. Thank you.
