12th South Dream Retreat - Family Friendly!

This 2100 square foot 3 bed/3 bath 1940's bungalow is the perfect respite in the best neighborhood in Nashville. 12 Avenue South is a walkers paradise lined with world class food, drink, and shopping. The house features queen beds in all bedrooms, a foldout couch in the living room(can be closed off by doors), a futon upstairs, and queen air mattress! Relax on the front porch swing or have an al fresco meal on the back deck! Our private driveway easily fits 3 sedans. Free street parking also! The space The house is on a friendly, quiet street in a neighborhood of young families. The back deck and fireplace are awesome additions. I also love having an afternoon cocktail on the porch swing! Kids welcome! We also stock Barista Parlor coffee beans for our guests to brew their coffee with! 1st Floor: Master bedroom w/ queen bed, en suite full bath with tub/shower combo Hallway full bathroom with tub/shower combo Living room 1 Living room 2 with IKEA sleeper sofa and doors that close the room off Dining room 1st Floor: Kitchen Breakfast nook Laundry area 2nd floor: Bedroom 2 with queen bed Bedroom 3 with queen bed Hallway full bathroom with walk in shower Office area with futon couch **4th bed in the house is the beige foldout sofa that's in the living room and can be enclosed by doors. We also have an air mattress to accommodate 2 more guests! **Please note: by agreeing to reserve you are stating that you will not hold us liable for injuries incurred in the house.** **The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present during the stay.
